Internship at Arla Foods Corporate HR As an intern at Arla Foods you will join a major company in one of the world’s largest industries. The department Corporate Human Resources at Arla Foods is responsible for strategic Talent Management, HR Excellence, Compensation & Benefits, etc. Hands-on challenges in an important HR transformation project Your internship will to a wide extinct be centred on a supporting role in an HR transformation project. While working on the translation and other administrative tasks, you will also have the opportunity to participate in other project activities, giving you the possibility to test your knowledge, develop new skills, and gain experience in the implementation of global HR pro-cesses and systems. The internship is based at Arla Foods headquarters in Viby J. The position is unpaid, however we will cover your lunch and your travel expenses up to DKK 750 per month. Overall, we expect you to: • be able to begin your internship from 5th of January 2015 • stay for 3-6 months • work 30-37 hours a week BA or MA student in Business Administration or similar You must be a Bachelor or Master degree student enrolled in Business Administration or equiva-lent programme and have previous exposure to project management. You will need to be organised, detail oriented and self-driven and have excellent interpersonal skills. You are flexible and do your best to find innovative solutions to challenges. You thrive in a busy environment, have solid skills in using Microsoft Office and are adept at learning new tech-nologies. Proficiency in written and spoken English and German, or English and Swedish, is a re-quirement. Native German or Swedish speakers are encouraged to apply.
