Internship opportunity - Internships with Environment New Mexico - Spring 2015 Environment New Mexico is an environmental advocacy organization working on the most pressing issues in our state, including climate change, renewable energy, water issues, and fracking. As an intern, youll be at the center of our current campaigns and play a vital role in making a positive impact on the environment and our state. You can focus on mobilizing the public and working with local leaders in our Grassroots & Coalitions Internship. Or if you like social media, event planning, and writing for the press, you can apply for our Media & Events Internship. Whichever you choose, youll work closely with our staff to make the internship an engaging and meaningful experience. Weve got a lot of exciting opportunities for student interns this semester, including lobby days with New Mexico legislatures, planning a public summit on clean energy, working with city councilors to pass a solar resolution, and of course, education and outreach to the public.
