Human Resources involves a number of tasks ranging from recruitment and placement of staff to industrial relations, staff welfare, employee benefits, psychometry, internal communications and training and development. You will also be involved in the development and implementation of various people initiatives including our performance management process. You are the person that ensures that policies and procedures on benefits are communicated as well as ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Requirements To qualify you must meet the following: Studied HR, Live in Durban Keen to get some valuable work experience. Communication is the key to a healthy and successful working environment.
