Interview Hideo Itami: How was your debut at NXT TakeOver? I was very excited at this point there. It was the greatest moment of my career, because WWE has always been a goal for me. NXT fans were very welcoming and happy. I was very nervous, but also excited. What is the meaning of your name? It means Hero of Pain What was the reaction of your loved ones to the Japan? My family and my friends were very happy for me when I started. I would like to return someday to the Japan with WWE in order to show my Japanese fans what Ive accomplished. I would also like to return there to thank them for having supported me. You faced Justin Gabriel for your first game. Describe this experience. I often watched videos of Justin Gabriel, I have so much respect for him and what he is capable of doing. Gabriel is a very tough opponent, particularly for a first match. Then ca, mixed with nervousness, gave a memorable moment. Your first appearance at NXT TakeOver has not gone as planned, due to the intervention of the ex - NXT Tag Team Champions, Konnor & Viktor. What did you think of this incursion? It was my debut and the greatest moment of my career, and they have tried to break this. I think they were angry that I have time and have decided to make me their victim. Talk - your transition from the Japan in the United States. How has it happened so far? It is a matter of adjustments. Drive to the right instead of the left side, as in the Japan. In homes, I noticed that many people did not remove their shoes before entering, while in Japan, pull out them every time. Even the toilets and the showers are different in the USA. I love American food, but Japanese food miss me. What motivates you to work every day? I always try to reach a higher level. In Japan, the family is essential, so come here gave me the opportunity to give them even more. What is your long-term goal? I want to be world champion and participate in Wrestlemania. Its funny because this idea has arisen to me in the head about 10 years ago. To 2003, 2004, I thought to move away of rings, and then I attended a show by the WWE to the Japan. From that moment, I found ambition. Do you have a message for all those who follow this new chapter of your career? Thank you for supporting me. I want to be the largest possible star. I want to be a true Superstar.
