Interview Schedule for Maintenance Technician for Dubai Experience: 4 to 6 yrs. | Opening(s): 2 Drive Interviews on 18th MARCH in AHMEDABAD Position: Maintenance Technician-Mechanical Mechanical maintenance of processing and packaging machines to minimize unplanned stoppages and maintain high efficiency of production lines DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: All Filling; Packing Machines and Processing equipments: Trouble shooting of all mechanical problems related to filling; packaging and processing Inspect and replace mechanical worn parts during shut downs. Monitor filling and packaging lines during operation to detect and rectify any abnormalities Line Efficiency: Maintain machine efficiency by doing preventive maintenance as scheduled. Trouble shoot and repair machine failures in minimum time. Maintenance done on world class standards Support Production Targets: Keep all the lines running as per production plan Minimize unplanned stoppages of packaging; filling and processing equipment in order to increase the line efficiency. Contribute towards the achievement of production volume as planned. To ensure all preventive maintenance is done as per schedule and work order instructions MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Knowledge of mechanical engineering, Minimum 3 year diploma / certificate of mechanical engineering. 4 to 6 years experience of mechanical maintenance on high speed filling and packaging lines Minimum 5 years maintenance experience in a beverage or dairy processing and packaging plant OTHER REQUIREMENTS Good behaviour /attitude Effective team player.
