Its quite simple - if you like Greek tzatziki, youlle like this one as well: - cucumber (fresh or pickled, chopped, 2 smaller ones) - 1 pressed garlic clove - 4 cups of plain yogurt - a bunch of fresh dill - salt to taste - olive oil (if you like) - some seem to use crushed walnuts as well Drain the yogurt, add the chopped ingredients, stir and put it in the fridge for few hours.
