Intimidation, obstruction of justice, witness tampering, thuggish, bullying, dictatorial behavior....all part of the Cuomo playbook that FINALLY after me talking about it for three years is being played out for all to see. Cuomo is right in the crosshairs of a U.S. Attorney and is now being looked at for obstructing justice and witness tampering. The U.S. Attorney sent a letter to Cuomo warning them against witness tampering and obstructing justice. Cuomo made a delusional appearance at the University of Buffalo where he doubled down on his arrogance and contradicted his previous statements on the Moreland Commission that he corrupted and after an unsigned 13 page letter was sent to the NY Times responding to the Times story (who sends an unsigned letter? Someone whos trying to avoid incriminating themselves thats who) that also contradicted his previous statements. Just before his UB appearance, members of the Moreland Commission, many of whom are Cuomo lackeys, issued supportive statements of Cuomo stating how independent they were and that they werent interfered with just hours before Cuomo showed his face. Now weve learned that those statements were prompted from the Cuomo administration, and in fact there was an offer to write them for them. Keep in mind this is Cuomos legal all-star team and many of them are District Attorneys. The calls went to certain known to be friendly to Cuomo commission members and may have been made by Cuomo himself and/or Larry Schwartz. They were definitely made by his number one enforcer, Joe Percoco. That is witness tampering folks and probably obstruction of justice. Keep in mind that one of the calls went to a major Cuomo lackey, William Fitzpatrick. Fitzpatrick is supposedly a Republican (laughable), and is the Onondaga Co. DA. Heres where it gets interesting....Fitzpatricks wife is a judge making $165,000 a year and is up for re-appointment next year for a 9 year term by none other than Andrew M. Cuomo. A fish rots from the head down and this one stinks to high heaven folks. When we do drain the swamp theres going to be a lot of rotten fish in there.
