Into the 8th of July now. Last night I took the opportunity to watch the film "Twenty Feet From Stardom" with Eve Eddie Richardson. I have become FB friends with many that are in the entertainment business, and hit the "Like" sign to other artists. The focus of the film is the background singer and their importance. There are many artists that are featured. Especially Darlene Love, Lisa Fischer, Judith Hill and my dear FB friend Merry Clayton. This is a must see for anyone who has an interest in the business. There are other singers that are featured, too many to name and I do not want to leave anyone out. To my FB friends that are in the business and this is their career, I admire you all and wish you all the best. I hope that I have the chance to meet many of you, and then again, you never know where I will show up.
