Into the Wilderness Day #28 “AMEN” What does amen mean? We all say it after a prayer, when the preacher says something real, and just because. I feel in a lot of cases it has become ritualistic. Amen is a word to say it is done. It means that what is said is certain, valid, truthful, and faithful. It is a proclamation that what has been said will happen. We say this because Jesus is Yahweh (I Am) if he says it he will go through with it. So don’t be down and out, don’t stress and don’t let this world get you down for it is written, “So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” (John 8:36) Proclaim your day when wake up say with a joyful shout unto the Lord “I AM FREE” and end with an “AMEN” and mean it. Don’t say it out of habit say it out of heart.
