Into the universe were changing all the rules... Must be the year of the Ø bands to emerge! I am already head over heels in love with BØRNS and now thanks to my insightful medium reading on New Years Day which connected me to Little Bear I was able to synchronously discover an awesome band by the name of Little Bear on Spotify. Their ep, Id Let You Win, impressed me as did their double single, Night Dries Like Ink/Killer. Unfortunately, I had trouble tracking them down so I left a note on the FB page of the record label I found them associated with requesting info. They came through today with news that Little Bear is now PØRTS and the new tune, Ancient Wave, proves they are still a solid band to anticipate in the new year. Ancient Wave has a great Parachutes-era Coldplay vibe as well as a bit of Ketch Harbour Wolves Justin Kelly - Its been a good while since I offered you a solid new band to add to your list. You do most of the solid work these days and for that I am grateful. I am confident you will approve of this one that has landed in my lap recently. Andy Pisanu - your KHW passion makes you a prime candidate as well. Daniel Veuleman - up your alley as well.
