#Intracon sent our network security expert to #DefCon 22. Marc has a passion for protecting #networks, and at times dabbles with the #darkside. If you don’t know what DefCon is, you might not want to know. DefCon is one of the world’s largest gatherings of #hackers. It is a place where #smartphones and #wireless devices are better left in the hotel room. DefCon challenges participants to use their minds, skills, and knowledge with contests, training sessions, and workshops. Why would we send someone to DefCon on purpose? Because the best way to understand the adversary is to go to their party. Over 15,000 #infosec professionals and hackers from all over the world attend DefCon. Marc attends to learn about the latest techniques and strategies to address in our #training courses and events. This is the Intracon culture.
