Introducing U-Jam fitness! What is U-Jam? U-Jam is an ATHLETIC dance fitness format that united World beats with urban flavor. The music will take you around the World from old school to new school hip hop to Bollywood to bring you an INTENSE Cardio workout. It has 2 levels and is very verbally instructed. MEN & WOMEN love this format! We are honored to be the FIRST facility in Washington State to release this format. In addition to that we are revamping our Zumba fitness program and also adding a Hip Hop Boot Camp class as well. We are confident that this is exactly the piece we have been looking for to add to your fitness goals! We want to introduce you to our instructors! Jahnea Phillips, a well seasoned Zumba fitness instructor will be joining our team along with her crew and instructor team, Christina Gjesvold & Ebony Sage. Jahnea is an explosive instructor and brings an energetic and motivating and is an inspiration to MANY in the fitness community. She has mentored many of the Zumba instructors in the area, she truly is one of the best of the best! She will ROCK your workout! She leads Zumba, U-Jam and also Hip Hop Boot Camp. We are sure you will love her and go nuts over her classes. Christina is a spitfire! She leads Zumba. You will never smile so much through a workout! She brings an energitic CRAZY FUN style to her classes and will have you smiling all day long! Ebony is an excellent instructor. She holds classes at several other fitness facilities and people LOVE her classes! She is a Latin inspiration and has Hip Hop down to a science! She will be leading Zumnba & Hip Hop Boot Camp and soon, U-Jam fitness as well! Join us for our GRAND OPENING celebration! We are having an OPEN HOUSE Thursday May 1st! This is for the whole gym! Here is an opportunity for you to bring a friend and come check out all the classes but we want YOU to join us in celebrating our NEW classes! Come check out our U-Jam launch! Thursday at 6pm.
