Introducing UPT Yoga! We are excited to announce that we have now added yoga to our class schedule and membership plans. After a lengthy search we have found a great yoga instructor (Ashley) who, in addition to teaching yoga, is an avid Crossfitter and weightlifter. Her classes will be geared not only towards recovery but improving flexibility, mobility and improving range of motion as well. We strongly recommend that every member and client add yoga to their weekly training schedule. It will have a discernible impact on your overall health and performance. Besides, now you have a reason to come to the gym on your rest days! In order to help everyone get on-board, for a limited time we are offering current members and clients a free trial session. Just speak to the front desk to sign-up. After that you can do drop-ins or even add yoga to your existing membership plan. Classes begin August 12th and will be offered three times a week: Tuesdays 6:15 pm Thursdays 6:15 pm Saturdays 1:15 pm Class size is limited to 10 people so please make sure to book in advance in order to guarantee a spot. Please note that in order to accommodate the new schedule UPT Therapy sessions will be moving to Mondays 4 pm - 8 pm and Wednesdays 9 am - 1 pm effective August 11th. The Saturday sessions will remain unchanged.
