Introducing the Foot Locker Five Borough Challenge Class of 2014! Welcome Staten Island runner John Chan, who has lived in the borough since he was a baby, was diagnosed with congenital nystagmus as a young child and who wasnt able to play sports until he took up running in his 20s when he was legally blind.
