Introduction: I submitted an application of Project Smile Grant which is given by (to UGRADERS) by Irex, in which I got funds and executed an event in my own community. I selected very important topic, which was to teach our Village Heroes about various fields of studies and professions. It was phenomenal experience to spend time with very energetic students from 6th to Intermediate. Since project was for Boys, but few little girls also wanted to attend seminar, thus we loved to train them as well. Area: A village in remote area of District Mirpurkhas, named Bachal Khaskheli Village. Bachal Khaskeli secondary school, deh 41. Number of Participants: 120 Objectives: 1: To make them realize their position in social and educational sphere. 2: Brain storming about different professions with good earning. 3: To get them out of the box, especially Doctor-Engineer syndrome. 4: Motivate them to take future seriously, and come up with ideas to fulfill their dreams. 5: Build Self-confidence by activities and presentations. 6: Importance of Technological and Entrepreneurship skills. 7: To enhance personal capabilities. Activities: 1: Session on Importance of education and basic facilities in Villages by Shahzor Memon (YES Alumni). 2: Session on Issues of selecting wrongs fields, which ends in disappointment. 3: Sessions on Business Administration studies, Microbiological Studies and Genetical Engineering by Shuaa Naureen (CCI Alumna). 4: Shared our experience in America, to motivate students so they may also apply in future. 5: Enhancements in teaching methods followed by Teachers of School. 6: Presentations on Which profession suits me? This event just contributed a little in society, but if any one student got our message properly, he/she will secure life of his/her generation. This is our main motive behind this activity.
