Introduction to Anti-Gravity Workshop with Pam Friday January 09, 2015 From: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM The Introduction to Anti-Gravity Workshop is designed especially for brand new beginners! Learn the basic techniques behind Anti-Gravity Yoga and get comfortable with the yoga hammock before jumping into regular classes. You will learn to fly, hold and balance in challenging yoga poses for longer, gain better kinesthetic awareness and build cardiovascular and muscular strength in a safe and supportive environment. This workshop is designed to give you a secure and detailed understanding of the fundamentals of Anti-Gravity Yoga while having a ton of fun! Anti-Gravity Yoga is a good routine for those who want to improve their flexibility, however, it is easiest for someone who maintains a fitness regimen and has a strong core. Anti-Gravity Yoga is NOT recommended for those who are pregnant, have had a recent surgery, have glaucoma, heart disease, very high or very low blood pressure, easy onset vertigo, osteoporosis/ bone weakness, and/or other serious medical concerns. Long sleeves and long pants are required and all jewelry must be removed.
