Introduction to Hazrat Molana Hafiz Muhammad Nasir-ud-Din Khan Khakwani db Birth: Hazrat Molana Hafiz Muhammad Nasir-ud-Din Khan Khakwani Damat Barkatuhum ul Aalia was born in 23rd of Ramzan 1361 Hijri (15th of October 1942) at the time of 3:00 AM in his old house of Qadeer Abad in Multan. His fathers name was Hazrat Abdul Khaliq Khan Khakwani Rahmatullah e Tala Alaeh and mothers name was Hayat Bibi Rahmatullah e Tala Alaeh Hazrat jees Mother Rahmatullah e Tala Alaeh Hazrat jees mother Rahmatullah e Tala Alaeh was very pious women. She was bait from Hazrat Molana Hussain Ali Basharwi Rahmatullah e Tala Alaeh and then after his death she bait with Hazrat Abdul Gafoor Al-Abbas Madani Rahmatullah e Tala Alaeh and after his death she bait with Hazrat Syed Allou-Din Shah Jillani Rahmatullah e Tala Alaeh Hazrat Ataullah Shah Bukhari Rahmatullah e Tala Alaeh Hazrat Ataullah Shah Bukhari Rahmatullah e Tala Alaeh once came to met with Hazrat Abdul Khaliq Khan Rahmatullah e Tala Alaeh in Multan. He was presented with Hazrat Khakwani Damat Barkatuhum ul Aalia who was at his childhood. Hazrat Ataullah Shah sahab Rahmatullah e Tala Alaeh was very impressed with him and added a word Hafiz with Hazrat jees name so it was called Hafiz Nasir-ud-Din Khan Khakwani even in his childhood however he wasnt Hafiz at that period of time. Hifz-e-Quran: Later on Hazrat jee Damat Barkatuhum ul Aalia started Hifz-e-Quran at the age of 4 and a half year from Hafiz Abdul Jabbar sahab Rahmatullah e Tala Alaeh Hazrat jee Damat Barkatuhum ul Aalia completed Hifz-e-Quran in July 1952, and recites Quran in Taraweeh for the first time in 1953. Hazrat jee Damat Barkatuhum ul Aalia is reciting Quran in Taraweeh of Ramzan each year from 1953 to the date and this is one of the most amazing thing where were unable to give any single example like this in the whole history of Islam! Elementary Education: From 1952 to 1953 Hazrat jee Damat Barkatuhum ul Aalia completed five classes within one year from Master Ghulam Nabi sahab Kot Addu Rahmatullah e Tala Alaeh Hazrat jee was in 6th class when Hazrat Abdul Khaliq Khan Rahmatullah e Tala Alaeh admitted him in Aitchison College Lahore on 4th of January 1954. Hazrat jee Damat Barkatuhum ul Aalia remains in the same college to November 1961 where he completed Senior Cambridge in December 1959 and Higher Cambridge in November 1961 and awarded with A-Level degree. Riwaz Gold Medal: On the last year (1961) of his Aitchison college education, Hazrat jee Damat Barkatuhum ul Aalia was awarded with Riwaz Gold Medal. This Riwaz Gold Medal was awarded on the basis of steady performance in the college each year. What is Riwaz Gold Medal? The Rivaz Gold Medal was introduced in 1906 by Sir Nawab Sadiq Muhammad Khan; Nawab of Bahadur. This Medal is awarded to the boy, who in the judgment of the Principal, is the most deserving for steady application in school for: Keenness and Energy in all Departments of College Life. General good Behavior The name commemorates the great interest shown in the welfare of the College by Sir Charles Montgomery Rivaz, K.C.S.I, Lt. Governor of the Punjab. Hazrat jee Damat Barkatuhum ul Aalia read elementary Islamic books from Hazrat Mufti Ata Muhammad sahab Rahmatullah e Tala Alaeh (Chudwahn - Musa Zai Shareef) Then read few books (Sarf-o-Nahaw, Meezan-us-Sarf, Nahaw Meer, Dastoor-ul-Mubtadi, Zaad-ud-Talibeen and Translation of Quran) in Madarsa of Hazrat Molana Qari Ghulam Nabi sahab Irani Rahmatullah e Tala Alaeh in Togi road, Queta. Hazrat jee Damat Barkatuhum ul Aalia read Sarf Bahai, Kafia, Hidayat-un-Nahaw, Noor-ul-Anwaar, Sharah Jaami and Mantaq after completing Masters in Arabic. All other books were read from Hazrat Molana Sheikh-ul-Hadees Abd-ur-Rauf Hazarwi Rahmatullah e Tala Alaeh who was student of great Deoband scholar Hazrat Allama Anwar Shah Kashmiri Rahmatullah e Tala Alaeh Hazrat jee Damat Barkatuhum ul Aalia read Meer Qutbi, Fasool-e-Akbari, Sharah Mulla Jami, Usool-e-Hadees, Nakhbat-ul-Fikr, Sharah Waqaya, Hidayah, complete translation of Quran, Sahi-ul-Bukhari and Jamai Tirmazi from the same great scholar. Marriage: Hazrat jee Damat Barkatuhum ul Aalia married with daughter of his uncle in 1968. Hazrat jee Damat Barkatuhum ul Aalia has 3 sons (Hazrat Qasim Khan Khakwani, Hazrat Salim Khan Khakwani and Hazrat Usama Khan Khakwani) and 4 daughters Hazrat jee Damat Barkatuhum ul Aalia Bait: Hazrat jee Damat Barkatuhum ul Aalia met with Hazrat Alloudin Shah Jillani Rahmatullah e Tala Alaeh in late 1959 at house of Hazrat Fida Muhammad sahab Rahmatullah e Tala Alaeh and Bait in 1960. While educating in Government College Lahore, Hazrat jee Damat Barkatuhum ul Aalia went to seek faiz from Hazrat Shah sahab Rahmatullah e Tala Alaeh from Asar to Magrib every day at Hazrat Shah sahabs old house in Islam Pura, Kirishan Nagar Lahore. Ijazat-o-Khilafat: Hazrat Shah sahab Rahmatullah e Tala Alaeh awarded Ijazat-o-Khilafat to Hazrat jee Damat Barkatuhum ul Aalia in December 1970. Niabat-o-Janasheeni (Deputy): Hazrat Alloudin Shah Jillani Rahmatullah e Tala Alaeh had awarded Niabat-o-Janasheeni (as deputy to him) to Hazrat jee Damat Barkatuhum ul Aalia on 28th of Ramazan 1312 Hijri (February 1991) at 10:00 AM during Itikaf in Khanqah Dar-us-Salam Sheikhupura. Khanqah Darulaman: Hazrat Khakwani sb Damat Barkatuhum ul Aalia built a Khanqah named Khanqah Darulaman in Nasir Abad, Bahawalnagar, Punjab Pakistan inorder to provide facility for self purification to Murideens/Salikeens of Silsila-e-Naqshbandia Mujadadia Fazlia Alayeia. The length of his kurta use to be below his knees and wear Izaar (Lungi or Shalwar) above his ankles. He wear a white cap (topi) with white Amaamah shareef wrapped neatly and perfectly on his head covering the tip of ears. He also used to walk with long stick (Aasaa). Hazrat Khakwani sb Damat Barkatuhum ul Aalia also place a piece of cloth (Roomaal) on his right or left shoulder.
