Introspection is in essence is the looking inward at ones inner self and evaluating the past and make-up of the person in questions psyche and what makes one who they are as a person. I am in a semi-constant state of introspection because I am always trying to better myself from the inside out.For without a strong mind and heart a strong body is just a tool. I urge everyone, not just the handful of people I know personally, to take a few moments from the vast amount we so wastefully use to look at what really matters in our existence and that is what we are to ourselves and to the ones we know and those who meet us everyday by chance for a brief encounter with a stranger can affect us more than we know.
