Inveraray jogscotland will be starting a new beginners block after Easter for a ten week walk to jog programme. This will be for any ability or age from 14yrs upwards (14-16yrs must be accompanied by a carer or parent). At present our beginners group is on Tuesdays at 6-7pm. I am seeking feedback as to whether another day or time might be more suitable. If you want to attend but cant please comment below, or if the Tuesday suits please comment also. Thanks.
