Invercargill Brewery started on a tiny system in a shed and has grown to become a decent sized operation that produces many great ales along with brewing the lions share of the Yeastie Boys products. Bought the Saison on faith, ie, hadnt tasted it, and glad I did. The characteristic earthy dusty yeast is just right. Plenty of tropical fruity hop flavour and some orange zest comes through late on the palate. Enjoying this one watching the big bash in a Dunedin motel.
