Investment in your health is vital. I am yet to see anyone succeed that has been handed their tools. Anything worth having is worth investing in. I have given many many 10 packs away to charities and good causes to use as raffles and I have not had 1 single 10 pack used in its entirety! However out of the 100s of 10 packs sold by VDF we have have a grand total of 2 remain unused. (Felicity and Alyssa, you 2 will be getting a boot up the butt today!) Investment in your health is vital for long term results. If its not worth investing in its not worth having...simple!
