Invisible illnesses are such a challenge, but I know there are others out there who suffer far more than I, and my heart goes out to all in the auto-immune spectrum like I have and are familiar with, and many other diseases similarly challenging. Please dont judge people who are struggling, as in the woman who wrote this article. For some who only have extreme fatigue as a primary symptom, shame is something they dont need to add to the list of things they are doing their best to cope with day by day.
