Invitation for 8th Tibetan college student’s conference: Dear brothers and sisters, This is your kind notice that TIBETAN COLLEGE STUDENT’S CONFERENCE has won a wide attention from public and being regarded as an important annual intellectual gathering. The 8th Tibetan college student’s conference will be held at maharaja sayajirao university of Baroda from 10st – 15th February 2014. We the organizing committee, Regional Tibetan youth congress of Baroda student’s working committee , whole heartedly wish you not to miss this golden opportunity and platform that you can get a once in a college life. Following points are things to be remembered by all the upcoming participants. Participatory Norms; 1. The agenda of the conference is given detail in next page and participants must be having some idea on the topics and penal discussions following. 2. Number of seat offered to respective institutions and regional chapters is given and all are requested to respect the gender equality except monasteries and nunneries. 3. Every participant must carry their respective college or institution identity card along with them. 4. There must be one executive member of each regional chapter or institution among the participants. 5. Every year 75% of travel ( Govt. bus & sleeper train ) and daily allowances are refunded from the organizing committee and remaining 25% are expected to be borne by the respective chapter, institution or individual. But exception is given to those who needed it. 6. We would very much appreciate those participants who wear Tibetan dress on the opening day, and a formal dress during the entire conference is mandatory to all. With this information we all are strongly requesting each and every regional leader to select a worthy and capable candidates rather than mere numbers. The conference is where standard of the Tibetan college students reflect, so, take this seriously and help us to make this conference more productive one. it would be a honor to work with all of you and a pleasure to serve.
