Invitation to all unemployed graduates Ratlou Local Municipality invites all unemployed graduates residing within the jurisdiction of Ratlou to submit their Curriculum Vitae, Certified copies of Identity Document and Copies of Tertiary Qualifications to the Municipality. The purpose of this Skills Audit is to identify different skills that are available within the Municipality thus enabling the Municipality to come up with strategies to reduce the high rate of unemployment and other challenges faced by the youth.
