Invitation to an Adventure I have always been an adventurer: in mountains, jungles, and the urban wilderness; in the far reaches of the mind; in the wilds of human relationship. Once every year, I embark with fellow travelers on the greatest adventure Ive undertaken. We start by making a pact - to co-create an environment safe enough that we can bring our whole, unedited selves, and challenging enough that we can become more of whom weve always hoped it was possible for us to be. We devote ourselves, for several months, to learning how to build relationships with each other that promote healing, growth, and liberation. Then we get serious - taking each other places weve never been before, teaching each other how to be more human, loving each other more than we knew we could. Everyone has unprecedented personal breakthroughs. Everyone develops their power to transform people. Everyone learns more about just what the word community can mean, because we can only undertake such a journey together. The adventure is called Interchange.
