Iokwe Aolep, Have just received the following MOUs from the government for the FY 2014 budget: 1. $303,500 from the SEG to support GED on Majuro 2. $250,000 from the Compact Maintenance Funds to support/match Physical Plant maintenance operations 3. $2,000,000 from the RMI General Fund for CMI operations 4. $125,000 from the Ebeye Special Needs to support GED and Distance Education for Ebeye 5. $1,000,000 from the Compact for CMI operations This is a total of $3,678,500 from the government to support CMI in FY 2014. We’ll take a look at some numbers, but I think outside of the large amount of funding for the reconstruction of the school, this is the most financial support we have ever received from the government for CMI operations.
