The Messiah Ben Yosef is called Ben Yosef because he descends from Yosef through the tribe of Ephraim, not Judah Therefore, it is a non argument about jesus, because they believe him to be from Judah and not from Ephraim. In Judaism, we have 2 Messiahs that are two different human beings that come during the same period of time, not one person that comes twice.
