Iranians are screened by the government for qualification to attend universities and later hold important leadership positions in the business or government agencies in Iran. During this process most of the time the least qualified, talented and committed become eligible to attend universities, graduate and later on hold important leadership positions in the ruling class. If even a student with talent compromises his or her freedoms by suppressing his/her ideas and pretending to support the criminal regime in Iran, later they more likely will not be hired to hold leadership positions. And if they even cross this obstacle and do achieve a leadership position, then they are completely restricted by oppressive laws and mafia style authorities to work only in the interest of the criminal regime with its clan and not the interest of the majority people. This is why 80,000 young Iranians escape from Iran with their assets and migrate to democratic countries. And there are over 250,000 prisoners in Iranian jails. Leaving the nation with folks who are in leadership positions simply for being submissive to the criminal Mullahs with their clan of looting and criminal rulers. These folks are also rewarded for collaborating in oppressing Iranians with brutality. One of the most detrimental aspects of the Iranian looting regime is that the country will continue to decline economically, socially, culturally, financially, intellectually and in every domain which affects the society and the world because the entire foundation of this criminal and looting unelected organization (Regime) is based on fascistic ideas of subordination to criminality and not to empowering the most talented and qualified Iranians to serve Iran and Iranians in an ethical manner with freedoms based on democratic values. The end result is what we see today: A declining society with corruption, abuse, criminality, poverty, oppression and primitive values in defining submission to this criminal rule in order to manage a nation to loot.
