Irish Meatballs: 1 qt. Jamison Irish whiskey,1 lb. ground beef, 32 oz. grape jelly, 20 oz. chili sauce. season to taste. I combined jelly, chili sauce, seasoning in crock pot on low heat( add 2 oz.whiskey later) while I mix ingredients in pot I had a taste of Jamison,broke shot glass, misplaced glasses. I used measuring cup but couldnt see the lines on cup so I just filled it to top. Really smooth. I started making small meatballs with remaining ingredients, also had another taste of Jamison(cup) had about 65 meatballs made, so I started getting ready for game, had some more Jamison, after awhile sauce was ready, meatballs made ready to combine everything in pot but I noticed I was out of the Irish Whiskey, Hmmmmmmm,not to be outdone I combined everything together & put in Baking tin & made one hell of a Meatloaf...
