Ironic that Carl Smith introduces these two. A couple years later, he and the young lady would marry. Hed been married to June Carter at that time, who later married Johnny Cash. Old Country Stars are just as confused as the rest of us, but in the end it all works out. Carl and Goldie remained married till their deaths, as did Johnny and June.
