Ironically, most working businesses I met do not want ads, as they do not need more customers then now. To get and to retain good employees seems a much more substantial challenge then to get customers. The latter always flock for quality in either goods or in service provided. It is either goods or services. Most biz cannot do both. It is either a good product with non-existant or lousy customer service outsourced to some remote *stan, or excellent customer service that fights defficiences in the product they sell, together with customers. The above is an attempt to describe discourse in modern consumerism)
