Is Charles Barkley correct? A libertarian asks, would black neighborhoods be worse if the drug war ended and the cops left the area? What if all government support ended in black neighborhoods? Would any people be able to govern themselves, or even survive, without the government? What about indigenous people, pioneers, explorers, etc, how did they survive? What does it say about a people who cannot cope or survive without government?
