Is Christian faith important to you? Would you like to mentor youth? Kids On Track is a community organization with a passion to offer hope, direction and support to children, youth and parents. We are purposeful in focusing on those families whose socioeconomic situations have made it difficult for them to access opportunities needed for optimal development of their young people. Volunteers and staff at this level are those working in direct relation to children and youth. They are teaching and delivering Kids On Track approved faith-based curriculum. They are acting as mentors to the children and youth in the program. As a result, it is imperative that the leader exhibit to the children an example in lifestyle that is consistent with Christian values and beliefs based on the scriptures. The leader must proclaim this by their actions both within their work at Kids On Track and outside of it. Kids On Track recognizes the importance of providing positive role models for youth and children. We believe that our leaders must not only communicate a Christian lifestyle in word but in their own lives. By sending their youth and children to a Christian organization such as Kids On Track, parents are trusting that Christian morals and values are being communicated through our programs and that our leaders, as mentors of their children, exemplify a Christian lifestyle.
