Is Crosssfit Lake Mary the best box ever? I think it just might be!! Yesterday was so amazing. I am in awe of everyone who competed at BMB 2013. That was nothing short of grueling and we all hit PRs and came out standing (okay, not all of us were "standing") The hard work, the team work, the support from fellow peers and coaching was unfathomable. It just goes to show what focus, serious training, strategic programing and awesome coaching will do. I am so grateful that I belong to a group of such phenomenal people who push me to be better everyday. Thank you to everyone for all the support yesterday!!!! Now on to the next challenge....
