The following are undeniable facts: 1) Sheriff Keith Lovin has executed defective search warrants on people known to him in advance that they had a felony conviction, with the devious intention of seizing their weapon collections. 2) The reason Cherokee Discount Gun favors and endorses Sheriff Lovin is because the manager/owner has said to people visiting his store that the sheriff will sign any gun request paperwork regardless of who they are, or circumstances. So God forbid the day when our county has a mass shooting or unstable person with a weapon in this county commit a crime, to later learn they were under the medical care of a psychiatrist. It will be once more a burden of our county to have to carry the responsibility as a result of the sheriffs poor judgement.
