Substitute the obvious words being left out of this motion on the floor of Congress to vote on a bill HR. 8791 Homeland Terrorizm Preparedness Bill, it is the worst case scenario here listen to when he speaks about urban areas (probably referring to having to address the civilian population consisting of men women and children with military aggression/action) ...Jesus... and under ground body disposal units (burning)??? Wth having to rewrite the Constitution?
