Is anyone else going through a crushing depression right now? I have bouts of it now and then, but I can sometimes drag myself up out of it. Now, it seems as though my spirits are sagging down around my ankles. I know its mostly situational. Im sick of the grinding poverty. Im sick of things breaking down around the house and theres no money for repairs. Im sick of worrying and fretting over making the mortgage payments and keeping the lights on and feeding all the critters, paying for medicine, etc. I know the holidays contribute to this feeling. I have no family Im close to, and of course, theres no money to buy gifts for anyone. As a rule, Im kind of plucky, and able to cheer myself one way or another, but I just seem incapable of tapping into that right now. I would love some prayers and healing energy right now, and would love to know if others are feeling this way, and how you cope with it.
