Is anyone else noticing ? I have encountered 5 cases of peri-radicular lesions around the lower anterior teeth in the past two weeks, any correlations that could be made? A reason why the frequency of such a lesion is high could be related to the fact that the lower anterior teeth present with a high percentage of two canals and a delta anatomical configuration and are usually treated as being one canal teeth, thus, failing as root canal treatments and causing massive lesions.
