Is anyone really surprised Lib Dem Vince Cable has made a pigs ear of the Royal Mail sell off costing the taxpayer a suggested £400m...he is after all a politician with limited business experience. That said, Vince has some way to go to eclipse the amount Gordon Brown cost the taxpayer by punting off 60% of the UKs gold reserves in 1999 for £2billion just before the market lifted, that gold today would be worth £11billion.....if they worked in the private sector theyd be removed from their positions but as they are politicians, its cool...? Terrible state of affairs.
