Is banking as a good career ??????????????/ many of you think about this?? well here i discussed about that, how banking is good,analysis of pros and cons. i am not compare with banking job with any job.coz all jobs has good in some point of point of you. most of you compare PO to SSC CGL dont do that.SSC CGL has the aide no of jobs. now i am going to take the PO, RRB scale 1. i am not saying that the clerk, it is entry level only one should not stop if you selected as a clerk, the promotion prospects is very slow. after some time you will feel CLERK is more enough for you after getting marriage. I know my page has more no of friends who have in the age of 18-24 with unmarried. so take your entry level as po only not less then that. if you try SSC take your entry level as CGL. coming to PO and scale 1 officer. some of you curious about PO. it is most suitable for you.if you want wast range of learning apart from computers, it is most convenient for you. many CMDs and CEO of banking came from this position. many bank has some of huge promotion prospects with attractive allowance also.DONT think about salary it is most probably less than central govt. but coming to allowance it is more. taking some examples for that in IOB they having only one year of probation and reach branch in charge after 1.6 years of joining. after one year you re eligible for house rent, 45 litres of petrol, furniture allowance, credit cards etc. in CANARA BANK 2 years of probation, you may get promoted as branch in charge after 2 years. scale 1 to 2 promotion has 3 yearss of fast track.4 years through merit,5 years through normal. all probation officers are eligible for home rent allowance min 4000 in rural to max 12500 in metro. medical aid, incentive for doing some courses in IIBF, two wheeler loans, credit cards. whatever it is the HRM is good and also faster. the working conditions in all banks is good when you posted in metro, urban and semi urban but rural it has diff. but the rural is the only thing helps in higher promotion. the people in rural has very respective, overall the ALLOWANCE, LEARNING, SERVICE good. CONS whenever you posted in rural area the network dam slow in rainy session and it may be continued upcoming days, during peope interaction in some what ? understanding problem among people is not upto level when some unwanted person create rumor about bank means it is changed to a wildfire. time management one of the important, you should learn, you re not having sufficient time to read,spend with friends or othes, the salary is around 26k for all POs net + allowance. UFBU fight for this and also 5 days of banking. WORKING TIME, SALARY, MISUNDERSTANDING (with higher officers and co workers) is worst things. every job has every thing one can easily survive after change the cons to pros. CHANGE IS THE PERMANENT. if you have any doubts comment here.........
