Is curious why we never hear anything about the welfare for lawyers program known as Bar Advocate. I personally know many private attorneys that are on the bar advocate list, and do only bar advocate work, thats called a handout, or a public defender. They cant have it both ways. They certainly know how to milk the system, why do you think you go to court four and five times for one small issue? The more they talk to you and the more they go to court the more the state pays them! How else could these inept lawyers pay for their bars and their cars and their houses and their whores? I worked with private attorneys for almost 15 years. I know how it works and I know what they do. If Martha Coakley were real attorney general she be investigating all the fraud going on in that program. But when most of them donate to her campaign how could she investigate? A bit ironic, the state pays the welfare lawyer, the welfare lawyer then gives a donation to the Attorney General ... and yes Im speaking from someone who has witnessed this with her own eyes in Worcester. Okay, thats my Tuesday rant - something for us to think about when were actually working hard and trying to make a living. :-)
