Is eating a bunch of small meals really as beneficial as it was once thought of to lose weight or gain weight? The most important thing to do is to be consistent with hitting your required caloric intake for the day. Your required caloric intake is the total number of calories but more important the amount of protein, fat, and carbohydrates that you should eat on a daily basis. If you hit these numbers consistently, you will hit your weight goals.
