Is excited that Shannon Karanja is home! If I were to tell you guys about Shan youd think I was lying. Honestly this girl puts the code in girlcode! Say you really like guy X , you eventually introduce him to your girlfriends-Shan vets him and he s ok...then guy X does something stupid -like tell you casually how he finds Beyonce hot -and you dont like him anymore. Word goes around , you analyse the situation and Shan decides Bey is not really hot , she has nice clothes and nice weaves and for guy X to notice that ,hes gay..so really its not that youre not hot enough, its just that guy X is gay and doesnt even know it. In the dictionary under loyalty should be Shans pic...If she meets guy x in the streets she will absolutely not say hi to him until she checks with you first.So its normal to receive a random call from Shan asking - Sly are we talking to guy X? I just met him and he said hi but I wasnt sure so I just gave him the blank stare. ( blank stare is what we invented as freshmen. Its simply a look that conveys many messages e.g. You are too stupid but I cant even be bothered to open my mouth to tell you coz you might mistake it for actual conversation which you re never getting from me so please get the hell out of my face). I honestly think Shan should have been a divorce lawyer. One time our friend *Mist broke up with someone. And that someone had the audacity to date someone else in the neighbourhood. So one fateful evening Shan and Mist saw new girl wearing a scarf that belonged to Mist. At this point it gets confusing...Mist says she never gave it to the guy, she just forgot/didnt want to pick it after the break up...but anyway SHE is wearing the scarf and Mist is pissed as hell. What would normal girls do at this point ? Walk away of course , and go eat chocolate or get wasted. Not Shan though..Shan believes in justice. She followed new girl to her room , knocked and explained very politely - That scarf you are wearing is my friends , please bring it. Then proceeded to take the scarf and went and gave it to Mist. How can you not love her?
