Is genuinely speechless. Today was without doubt one of the most special, hardest & significant days in my life. It was gruelling & tough in the heat & the course was tougher than I ever imagined with over 60% being hills. But I did it in around 40 mins....but I did it. & it wasnt so long ago that I didnt know if I would ever be able to do it. & I can now, for once & for all firmly close the chapter of battles, tears, defeats & conquests with my head held high. I have no words to describe my emotions but there are plenty. Special thanks to Phill for being by my side throughout, for Elaine & Laura for being by my side today, to Joe for his much needed hugs & high Fives en route, to Carah & Shady for coming up to surprise me on the finish line & treat us to a gorgeous lunch & afternoon in the sun & finally my wonderful dad who also came to see me start & finish the race & reduce me to tears with his love, pride, words & cuddles. Also to all of you for your messages of love & encouragement today & for all your pennies. I have never been more appreciative than now. Now to round off the day with not my first glass of fizz & toast you all & a day I will never forget. Heres to next year! ❤️💋😘😍💪
