Is it Comcast... Or just the way Comcast services orders in the city of Detroit? We have been waiting one month to get service hooked up at my sons apartment in the city. First, promises to send a modem by mail in 3 days, that turned into 2 weeks. Then they realize oops cant do that in your building. Then another 10 days for a service appointment, which they call the wrong number, and dont bother to show up, even though the residents are waiting in the lobby all morning for them. Next appointment? 10 days more!!! But guess who has already sent a bill for services they have not even hooked up yet? You guessed it...Comcast. What happened when I begged for someone in the company to help? The supervisor told me there is nothing they could do. Hey Comcast, you guys talk a good game, but have no idea what customer service is about. If Karma existed, bankruptcy would be in their near-future. But alas...
