Is it Ok for Palestinians to attack Jews or Israelis? We believe that under no circumstances may any Palestinian be justified in killing an Israeli unless it is self-defense. The concept of eye for eye is a terrible theory. Palestinians must use a purely non-violent approach and ask for equality. If they do this the entire world will stand with Palestinians. We recognize the Palestinians are being persecuted and tormented by Israel on a daily basis. One would have to go back to the 19th century to find other examples of natives being discriminated and tormented like Israel discriminates and torments the Palestinians. Thus, unless Israelis and Jews help Palestinians by demanding that Israel stop tormenting the Palestinainians, I fear that retaliatory incidents will continue. Israelis must understand that Palestinians are being tormented in Israel and under Israeli control. Israel makes our lives miserable. We need Jews to tell their government that treating the Palestinians with cruelty is not acceptable to Jews. It is because most Jews are silent about Israels persecution of Palestinians that many Palestinians believe that any Israeli is a legitimate target. Israelis must speak up and demand that Israel stop tormenting the Palestinians so that it would be easier for Palestinians to stand with Jews and Israelis.
