Is it a really free and fair election with equal opportunity? Then why the election expenditure limit was increased to 70 Lakhs ? Are all contestants getting equal opportunity ? How will a class 5th pass or even matriculate person file his candidature in english ? How is it possible to read the English compendium (manual) which is over 300 pages and that too given just before 20 days of election ? How fair is it Election commission that a BPL person / Dalit person with weak financial back ground fight for justice, and be able to reach all voters of the constituency ? What about the rights of the forced migrant labours who are held hostage at the brick kilns or other places of the nation due to poverty ?
