Is it incentivised? Serious questions are needed to be asked because of employers have to employ a certain number of other nationals for race equality purposes then sure that includes the white and the English/British or does those rules not apply to us in our own country. Are they only there to push them in and push us out, because that is what it looks like. Maybe they are incentivised to get more migrants into work so they can say there are less migrants claiming, that there are more migrants paying tax than claiming.
