Is it just me or do other people get annoyed that sellers advertise on a Toowoomba site yet live 20 or more minutes out of town with out saying suburb / approx location they live and then ask you to collect that day ... As a seller I state what suburb I live in so potential buyers can make an informed choice ... There has been many times I am happy to travel out of town but on principle I refuse to complete purchase if seller has not been open about approximate location especially when living out of Toowoomba city. Not only does it add to the cost it but also takes away from my time.
