Is it just me or do others agonize over what to cook for Christmas (or similar events). We have company coming for the holidays, food & celebrations are on every bodies minds. Now these events and family gathering just stress me and send me into over load. I used to love preparing food for others to enjoy now I find it almost depressing. The thought of putting food on the table for a celebration, only to say to my little guy sorry you cant eat that well it just breaks my heart. Trying to find the right balance between feeding the crowd and the sweetest boy who never complains, well it us just hard. Having trouble getting motivated this season.
